The phone has sent message saying that the phone has been encrypted and we need to reset the phone but when we click reset phone nothing happens the message reads encryption unsuccessful it was interrupted and can't be completed as a result the data on your phone is no longer accessible
To resume using your phone you need to perform to factory settings but when I press reset phone nothing happens

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
