The phone keeps accepting apps not requested or required, I have tried clearing eveything and for a while seems ok
then unwanted apps appear again, then the screen will lock and when cleared by removing and replacing the battery
it will switch off then restart the switching on proceedure every time I try to do anything. It seems to me that the phone needs re-setting to its original data, something I seem to be incapable of doing. What would be the cost of resetting the phone back to it’s original settings? -
