My device has an intermittent problem with the battery charge indicator. It has had this since I bought the device directly from Presitigio and their customer support have referred me to you for a repair.Occasionally (2-3 times per week), the battery charge level says there is charge remaining (e.g. 49%, 85% etc.), however, the device will then switch off unexpectedly, as the actual amount of power left in the battery is close to zero. When the charger is plugged in and the phone switched back on, the charge indicator says there is 1-5%.
We have done a battery test and this was okay
