Purchased February has never worked properly changes language into Danish when just using now is completely dead I cannot charge as nothing is happening. It has a 2 year warranty purchased from Ideal world there seems to be no help line direct I telephoned Prestigio number who gave me your contact. I would like to get rid of this phone as it is not user friendly and I have gone back to using a iPhone 3- much better.
