Dropped phone on a train platform in its case. Screen is cracked on top right corner but now touch screen doesn't work. Back cover is also cracked. I have had to provide my work email address and phone in contact details, as my personal phone is the one that's broken.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
