When the phone is turned on it initially vibrates and the phone make and model information comes onto the screen, their is then a pause and then the phone vibrates and goes through the process again in a loop, it does not follow through and power up into the start screen and work normally.
I also have a pair of Bose quiet comfort 15 noise cancelling headphones that wont work because the power and power light do not come on? They just stopped working one day. I thought that they needed a battery change but even with a new battery in them they will not work.
Please quote me on the faults in these two separate products.
