My partner dropped her Samsung phone in the house last week, shattering part of the screen's glass and damaging the OLED/LED itself (bleeding lines have also appeared). We have tried to get the phone repaired through Samsung, but unfortunately they won't touch it as she bought the phone from eGlobal Central (they deal with 'grey importing', sending the phone from Hong Kong, therefore a different region/different components that Samsung UK would use). We're sending a few e-mails out for quotes and wonder if you might be able to help.
The rear-side of the phone visually looks undamaged – the damage seems to be localised to the glass + screen itself.

As I'm not … read more very techy I phoned EP for advice. They were extremely helpful. I then took the earphones down to Hortonwood 30 as advised. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -

I thought my cherised 1970's Hitachi Music Centre was beyond repair until I found on Google Electronic Partners in Telford. … read more They restored it completely and replaced the woofer in both speakers, I couldn't have been more delighted. They kept me informed throughout advising me of part's required and costs which I paid as and when needed which was far better then being presented with a large bill at the end. I found all the staff and engineers very kind and respectful and certainly recommended this company to anyone. Well done everyone keep up the brilliant work 10/10.
