heavily damaged screen, LCD display. however it is a samsung s7 duos (bought from Dubai). went to Geek squad previously who said they would not be able to repair it as UAE uses another screen technology compared to Europe. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
