Both the LCD and the glass screen need to be replaced on my Samsung S7 Edge. Pease could you supply a single-price repair estimate and not a price of £99 – £208 to repair the screen or repair the LCD separately. You previously quoted me an estimate of £228 to replace the LCD, or an estimate of £99 to replace the glass screen only. (Estimate number QQ376665)
The LCD is damaged and the glass is cracked. Based on the above, please could you return a repair estimate showing a price to replace the LCD and the glass. Please also indicate if VAT is payable. If the price to replace the LCD and the glass screen is £228, please only quote £228.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
