My phone is unresponsive and it can be charged but it can't be turn on.
I think it happens when I update the software to the latest version, after that updates, Black Screen or BSOD always occur.
I can feel the back of the phone seems hot when the screen turn black
I thought its only natural to happen after the updates but after a week, the phone does not turn on anymore.
At first, I thought it is LCD problems and I sent it to a shop in Meadowhall for repair and they said they can't find repair it. From what they said, they tried to replace a new LCD and battery but it still didn't work.
I think its may be the software problems that caused all of it. I hope you can repair this.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
