Hi my charger port got wet yesterday, the device said moisture detected and then after I tried to charge it it said it had over heated and would no longer charge, I could smell burning from the charger port, the phone still works and chargers from a wireless charger. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
