My screen was previously cracked at the top and one line down the screen. It had no effect on the screen until I dropped it putting it down on my bedside. The phone was still on, lights were working and it was vibrating, but the screen was black with coloured lines across it. Now 24 hours later it wont turn on but I can tell it is charging from a small purple line appearing. no lights work and the screen remains black with the odd coloured line.

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
