Phone was working for 3 months from new. Siswoo have ignored warranty claim.
Phone switched off and will not power back on. I have checked the battery voltage which is fine. Suspect something has failed internally. The phone was not on charge when it failed. I pressed button to bring screen on it statted then went off.
Suspect l will have to send in for repair but concerned at what cost.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
