There is an issue with the charge port or battery. My phone was working fine but then when I went to charge it the red LED light would flicker and it would not charge unless or just intermittently. I hald the USB lead at an angle or pressed down on the phone near the charging port. So I don't know if the issue is with the charging port or the battery that needs replacing , although I would be surprised as, the battery was changes doe a new one when I had the phone served in 2018;

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
