Screen is cracked in the bottom right hand corner. It is held in place by the screen protector, but has started to come apart.
Phone was in the protective case, which was also broken in the same place. The phone was knocked out of my hand by very friendly dog.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
