Telephone stopped seeing two SIM cards simultaneously. In separate slots only see one SIM card T-Mobile (I use it only for the Internet) and to call it impossible. O2 Sim card (for calls and SMS) in tandem with other SIM cards can not see. In general, the phone accepts only internet signal in the other slot accepts SD card.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
