Dropped the phone and top right hand corner is cracked, this then goes diagonal to about 30% of the screen to the right. In the top right hand corner the top the screen has come away a little so you can see which looks like the board underneath.
The phone powers on, responds to any button press but not screen touch as expected.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
