Dropped on tile floor, hit corner, cracked glass both locally and across. Display itself seems okay, but touch is messed up, and the cracks are sharp. Aluminum case seems fine. Aside from the crack and the problems with touch, everything seems operational. (Aside from me: my kids tell me I'm in a terrible mood because my lovely new phone is broken.)

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
