I purchased a umidigi plus e,all worked fine for a few months then at 40% battery capacity the phone rrapidly discharged,before that when pluged in supplied chargerit said the charger was overcharging this happened a few times before fault appeared.i did have an ota update from umidigi to sort the fault at about 40% capacity ,since then the capacity of the battery has been reduced and can only get a max of 2 hrs use ,when phone was new it would run all day.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
