Phone fell into bath. Was retrieved within 5 seconds. Dried the phone immediately and then placed in bag of rice and left in warm room for 3 days (this was advised on a number of websites I looked at).
After 3 days, I turned the phone on. It starts up with no issues, finds the network signal etc. Screen colour looks normal. I can charge phone normally.Problem : The phone restarts/reboots from time to time without warning. Also, the right hand side button, used to put screen into "Sleep Mode" or "Secure Mode" – whenever this is pressed , the phone restarts. As a result , I cannot disable screen or secure the phone. Anyone can look at my phone.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
