Phone was charging and was taking a very long time. Red light continued to flash, but phone would not switch on. Was advised that maybe battery needed changing. Looked up instructions that said I had to get tools to open back so odered kit with battery. Tools would not open screws so to avoid further damage I left it. New battery included in case of any use.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
