A TWRP restore went wrong. The device powers on but no longer boots and only shows a black screen. I tried all the usual power on / key sequences to get into the bootloader or recovery but they all fail. However Windows 10 does recognise the device as a "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" and so it may be possible to restore the firmware.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
