After the flash complete the phone restart and then it showed that "This MIUI version can't be installed on this device", I choose wipe data, then reboot. I tried to reflash it again using different roms ( Chinese , Golobal , EE) it shows that it cannot be erased because it is locked. Also I tried to unlock the phone using xiaomi tool but it shows "please add your account in MIUI’s settings > developer options> Mi Unlock status."
