I have Xiaomi 13 ultra (Chinese version) I downloaded the HyperOs Global Rom and when flashed this Rom I choose Clean All and Lock. After the flash complete the phone restart and then it showed that "This MIUI version can't be installed on this device", I choose wipe data, then reboot. Now the phone stuck at Fastboot screen whatever I press still the same fastboot screen. I tried to reflash it again using different roms ( Chinese , Golobal , EE) it shows that it cannot be erased because it is locked. Also I tried to unlock the phone using xiaomi tool but it shows "please add your account in MIUI’s settings > developer options> Mi Unlock status." I cannot change the developer option because the phone stuck at fastboot screen.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
