I dropped my phone when getting out of the car because it was in my lap. The screen has cracks in it in the top left-hand corner. The screen is no longer responsive to touch and the home and back buttons on the screen do not work either. The power button works perfectly fine and the screen light up when pressed. There is no issue with the display, only the screen needs changing.
I have a few questions:
– How long will the repair take?
– Will you factory reset the device after repair?
