will not unlock with palm after factory reset watch connects and pairs with phone fine with no issues this has also been tried on three different samsung phones ?once setup there is a little delay before swipe to left works then all swipes work inc home and power button it then says cover screen with palm to unlock and it does nothing the bezzal works as you can feel vibrating all way round with finger screen works to power off etc ? I have reset watch around 10 times with same result will not unlock with palm any help would be amazing there seems to be a few issues about this on samsung forum but no fix ? there are no scratches its in very good cosmetic condition and when screen is on no faults with screen from what i can see so appears to be some sensor issue watch again si samsung galaxy watch active model R-500
