my grandson Oliver, uses this tablet for school and games aged 8, god knows what he has done to it, I his grandfather Dave have tried my best to try and get it working even to a factory reset with no goddam luck , basically the screen will not swipe so can only use buttons to turn it off, it is now in factory reset display and cannot even enter language choice as it is not swiping. can you help

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
