Operates on its own as though someone is touching the screen, restricted to a line approx 1 1/2 inches long. With touch indication on, one can see intermittent indications. If I apply a bending pressure in one direction it rectifies itself sufficiently to log on but is short lived and keeps opening repeat applications of what is on the screen in the affected area.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
