Cannot connect to wifi – windows device manager states 'This device cannot start (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.' (for the Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter)
This fault has only appeared after upgrading the tablet from windows 8.1 to windows 10 – we have other W511 tablets running Windows 10 without any problem, so suspect it may be a hardware fault. We have tried updating the driver but always get the same result.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
