I've repaired this tablet through you a few times. After the last time, I made sure that my kid would not plug the cable in the charging slot, so I've been doing it since.
Still, after a few months, the charging port stopped working and looks like the soldering job inside was not done properly because it feels like it wobbles. I've spent over £100 with you guys on the same tablet, and since the last repair was in April, even though it's officially outside from the warranty period, I'm getting in touch with you because I feel in this case there should be a bit of flexibility. I don't believe the repair should last only a few months, considering that the device charger has not been handled by the kids at all this time and I've put extra attention to put it back into charge.
