Sadly you were unable to obtain replacement parts from Nokia to repair my Lumia 2520 tablet which when received back repaired I was going to send you my Gen 3 IPad for replacement battery to be fitted for which you gave me a quote. However as the Nokia can't be repaired and you have returned it to me, I would like to send you two Gen3 Ipad for replacement batteries to be fitted. Would you therefore please confirm that you are able to do this and the cost together with some indication of the turn around time. Model MD369B/A & MD366B/A

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
