I noticed a scratch on the screen , which has increased in size. There is some distortion if you touch the scratch, and home buttons don't work if you have screen with buttons at bottom. I can turn screen round to access these buttons any other way round. As far as I'm aware, the tablet has not been dropped, or had anything dropped on it.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
