the micro charger usb port is not working, it is damaged in some way. it works if the charger lead is pushed about until a sweet spot is found, but this is not a viable way to use the tablet, and it will become worse and cease to charge altogether. It is just the socket that is dmaged in some way. The tablet is in perfect order apart from this fault.
