The screen is cracked and the touchscreen doesn't work. The tablet has a detachable keyboard and works with this but not the touchscreen.
Also there are issues with the battery. Sometimes it will not charge at all (no charging light when plugged in, doesn't turn on). Other times it charges fine but I need to keep it plugges in or it runs out of power.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
