The central pin in the charging port has broken off.
Battery life is very short.
Firmware fault – it appears that the 16Gb of onboard Ram storage is not fully accessible. With an indicated 13 Gb of available storage, a 1.5 Mb app download fails, with the message “insufficient storage.” I did instal a firmware upgrade/patch with help from the Cnm technical department, but this didn’t make any difference. (I later had to do a system reset, and I’m not sure if the firmware upgrade should have been repeated.)

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
