In March 2016, the tablet was dropped and the screen cracked, and as a result, the touch sensor didn't work properly. I sent the device to yourselves for repair (request number was 30005494). When I got it back, at first the screen was blank, even after charging (I sent a not to yourselves detailing this – TT1873). After a few days of several re-charges, it worked, however the screen occasionally flickered. Over time, the flickering got worse and worse, and the all of a sudden, the screen went blank. I can still charge the tablet, and the power light is lit, but the screen remains blank.

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
