While using the device,the screen image started breaking up in long lines and the image was flashing on and off.I tried turning the device off but it wouldn't come back on.I then left it to charge but now it won't turn on.I took it to Tesco where I purchased it from but it was 2 months out of the manufacturers 12 months warranty.The salesperson said it had developed a fault and would need to be sent off to find out if it can be repaired.I would like to know if it would be expensive to repair.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
