I dropped my Amazon Kindle two weeks ago and need it for an upcoming holiday.
The screen is broken/smashed and although the home screen is still being displayed it is constantly frozen and I cant even resent the device.Can you please let me know an estimated cost and time frame and if this can be fixed?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
