Kindle is stuck on the boot screen with the progress bar showing about a tenth of the boot process. Holding the power slide button for 40s + makes no difference, connecting it to a PC makes no difference. Battery is fully charged.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
