The charging port has always been a little loose however now unable to get the device to charge at all.
I've taken the device to a local laptop repair centre who have advised they are unable to repair due to it being an enclosed charging port?
Are you able to repair; if so could you provide a cost?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
