Kindle was splashed with water and refused to boot. I removed the backplate left it to dry out cleaned all connections and for a week or so was working fine, now though not working again. It seems to charge but when you try turning it on the screen flashes with home screen but then goes off again.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
