      • The device will not turn on. it displays the kindle home page screen – the man sitting under the tree – and the light is also on all the time. it does charge as when I plug it in an orange light is shown and when I push the power button a green light is shown. I have tried to reset by holding down the power button for 40 seconds and the waiting before I try to turn on but the device is stuck on the kindle home screen. please can you help.
