Screen seems to have a dead zone , where the keyboard would normally appear on the screen it doesn’t pick up anything at all in that zone. The rest of the screen works 100% and as with all Lenovo tablets it seems from the forums , f the battery dies it is almost impossible to restart a very annoying feature.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
