The glass panel has cracked and the guarantee does not cover it, however it can still be used as a tablet as the touch function still functions perfectly. The crack is very annoying and I would like to see the price it would be to fix it.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
