The above machine was repaired by you on inv1800 8268. This was paid for with transaction dated 20 February 2020. It was returned to me three or four days later. On Saturday 21 March 2020, the tablet stopped charging, depriving me of any means of communication, whilst I was on "Lock-Down" in a Tenerife hotel. I hope that you would agree that this is a matter for your warranty department, as one month (the shortest in the year) and one day is hardly an acceptable time for a repair to last.
