Power light flashes when charging and goes to a continual glow when power button is pressed. No screen activity at all. Then (I assume it's when the battery is fully charged) there is no power light (Either with the charger connected or without) , and pressing the power button does nothing.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
