Hi there,
I am Network Manager at Ackworth School, and have many Surface 3 tablets with damaged Mini Display Ports – a few with bad Mini USB ports damaged too. We have just bought in a load of Surface 3 Docks, so the damaged Mini Display Port has us scuppered as this is port is needed. The ports have all been bent beyond end user repair.
Do you have the ability to source the parts – presumably soldered to the motherboards, and can repair?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
