Surface 3 screen isn't cracked nor is it physically damaged in anyway and was not dropped, it's just the underlying digitizer and I have run all the official Microsoft Surface tests and it points to the digitizer its just that some points on the screen don't respond, especially around the left/ middle.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
