Hi all,
My issue is that after a day of working fine, the next morning it would not power on. I have tried to hard reset, it did not work, and i tried to use another power supply from a retail store and the light indicating a charge was not illuminated. I am not sure if it is an issue with the motherboard or the battery or a simple fix. My main concern is retrieving the data but if it is an easy fix, after a diagnostic, then i would prefer that.
As it is no longer under warrantee i would like a third party repair. Can you guys give me an idea on cost, if this is a common issue, and what kind of cost this would be?
As i am in birmingham, i would prefer to send it via recorded delivery. If you are happy with this please confirm aswell.
