Computer works fine. Touchscreen fine. No cracks to screen.
Best way to describe the problem is that the screen flickers.
(Random places across the whole screen, and is an overlay of other parts of the screen)It does this from power on, so I'm not expecting it to be a driver issue.
The screen also sometimes "freezes" but the computer does not crash.When plugged into the docking station with additional monitors, the touchpad and touchscreen moves the cursor.
A quick press of the power button, off and on resolves the freezing issue.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
