The item was dropped on its corner. The screen is cracked, and there is some deformation of the chassis. The unit continued to work initially, but as the cracks spread, the screen has gone blank. It still starts the startup routine with the 'spinning wheel' visible, but does not get to the first graphic.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
